The New Red Lion Gastro Pub I’ve had the pleasure of eating at this wonderful gastro pub in Pendoylan (just off the A48 towards Cowbridge and down the lane). Fabulous food and Kami (head chef and owner) is an excellent host. Vale Life magazine says it’s highly recommended I agree. Click here to visit I have heard that The Red Lion has closed for the foreseeable future while Kami and Azi attend to some personal family business abroad. I would suggest calling first rather than going there without a reservation. Wouldn't want the candle fans to be disappointed.
